Convenient location with nearby restaurants and shops. Spacious and comfortable room. Lobby is minimalistic. Great staff, close to tourist attractions and restaurants. Rooms are clean with both shower and bathtub. Walls are well insulated and there's free wifi. Luxurious feel with large soaker tub, large shower, and electronic curtains. Efficient valet staff and beautiful view of the water city. Helpful bellman with good tips on the city.

Beautiful room and menu of complimentary items. Staff are kind and provided an umbrella. Concierge staff, Louise, Molly, and Scott, were helpful. Convenient location near convention center and good restaurants. Stunning bathroom for a relaxing bath.

The room I stayed in at Grand Hyatt was absolutely gorgeous and had a fabulous bathtub. The bed was super comfy and the staff were really helpful. I even brought my dogs and they provided treats, toys, and dog beds. I had a great experience and would recommend this hotel.

It was a great business hotel that covered all our needs. The staff were amicable, and the room was impressive with the electric curtains, a king sized bed plus excellent view. Location: the property was close to light rail station and tourist attractions and market.

Loved the central location of this hotel, right in the heart of the city. It was so convenient to have shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The room service was great, especially being able to order through the TV. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making for a perfect night's sleep.
The room service menu could have been more extensive, it became a bit repetitive after a couple of days. However, the burgers were excellent.

The room was comfortable and spacious, with a large bathroom including a separate bath and shower. The hotel provided a wide range of extra toiletries and other items, and they were prompt in delivering requested items to the room. The location was great, with nearby shopping options, a Starbucks, a convenience store, and a movie theatre. The room service meal was delicious and portion sizes were generous.
I felt so at home during my stay that I have no complaints.

You can easily explore the city's famous theater district or take a stroll to the nearby public market. The rooms are well-decorated and clean, with spacious bathrooms that offer both a stand-up shower and a bathtub. The staff provides excellent service, and the hotel offers free WiFi for guests to stay connected during their stay.
It would have been more transparent if they provided information about additional charges for room amenities, such as the bottled water.
